WITHIN(10) TEN DAYS OF THE RECORDING, THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION SHALL PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED NOTICE TO THE PARK OWNER AT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE PARK OWNER BY CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED.
